12 delayed new years resolutions that will all encourage fitness without seeming ridiculous

01# Sleep more

02# Wake up earlier

03# Drink more water

04# Replace short dogwalks with long ones

05# Replace white with brown (talking about carbs like pasta and rice, not skincolour..)

06# Eat necessary sweets/desserts right after dinner

07# Eat slower

08# Bring gymclothes to school twice a week

09# When the fitness magazine iform comes in the mail, read it

10# Plan allowance more efficiently

11# At the unlikely event of having spare time: brows through nike.com for gymclothes

12# As horrible as it may be, regularly use the scale

Hi Ken!

I don't think I know that many people that still are striving for the barbie-bodytype, or am i wrong? Nowadays people want different things and they strive for different goals. Maybe it's just the people that surround me that gives me this impression, i know that people would not pass down the oportunity of a Barbie-like body, what i am saying however is that it may not be the body we would choose should we have more options. I would personally not mind the more hour-glass shape that the lovely barbie possesses, but i would also not mind more muscles and an athletic body - and surprise dear Barbie friend you do not have that!

Had a break for a few months

Yupp, sorry about that, but I shall start writing a little bit again, about nothing special. Im as weird as usual and therefore ill try not to share too much about my personal life. I will however provide a list of tv-series that are totally watchable in this shitty shitty supposedly christmas weather:

Girly:

> Pretty little liars - have to be at the top

Just generally good:

> Grey's anatomy - sexy doctors everywhere

> Vampire diaries - didnt want to put it under the girly section purely because it is so brilliand and Damon is <3

> Spartacus: blood and sand & gods of the arena - both recommended highly

> Game of thrones - SO SO SO good, i need the next season

> Terra Nova - the first true sci-fi series ive really enjoyed

> Misfits - if theres a new season it might not be the best, but the ones so far are amazing

> Skins - changes characters every other season, the 4 first seasons i can deeply recommend

i-magé

Pictures from the little VIP-night at imagé that was in the local newspaper, looking at this i realised i really shoulvde dressed up!!! Was basically just an excuse for rich housewives to pretend they were 20 again and get wasted on champagne but nonetheless it was quite nice.

Morning exhaustion and Ice cappucino

Had a great shoppingtrip - pictures might come up later, and also fast 5 was absolutely brilliant, i recommend it!
Last night: babysitting then a call from louise leading to a more... interesting night. The photoshoot with emelie, jenny and the girls went good although could unfortunately not stay for the whole thing, with a lady gaga theme i dont see what couldve gone wrong.

Now here's a picture i've been debating whether to put up or not but what the hell
